Numbers App Updated

Released a big update to the Numbers App!

Now, by popular request, you can do a fill-in-the-blank type quiz!

New Fill in the Blank Quiz. So mysterious...

In this quiz format you will hear the number spoken by a native Japanese speaker, and then you have to use the keypad to enter the number that you heard. Sounds easy, but give it a try. You might be surprised! This is a much greater challenge than the multiple choice option.

More updates to expand the total number of numbers are coming soon! Currently Japanese 101: Numbers covers a spread of 340+ numbers between 0 and 16,000. I’m working on another update now to add even more content.

Enjoy!

I just bought your app, it’s really good!! Big numbers are difficult to process when they’re said quickly so this will help me get used to it. :)

The other day in class we studied really big numbers and changing them from kanji to English and vice versa. It was really difficult because I’m used to counting zeros in groups of three. Do you think this app will eventually include millions+?

By the way, I’d be happy to rate and comment on your app but I don’t know how to do it. ^^ Do you know how?

      Hey Amanda!

I’m glad you like it!!! :-)

YES it will eventually include millions!

You know, since you asked. I think I’m going to skip ahead and add some huge numbers and then come back to finishing up the 10,000s. You’ll see it within the next month for sure, maybe soon :-)

Here is an instruction page on how to write a review.
