Those who have been to Tokyo will notice most of the landmarks in this trailer. Shibuya crossing, the retro-futuristic looking cube buildings, and that location in Shibuya I photographed a while ago. (I think that’s the same local anyway, what do you think?)

This movie looks fun. I’m not going to pretend to understand what it’s actually about… but regardless, I will be hunting this one down!

Unforunately I’m not going to get to visit Tokyo while I’m here, so most of the sights will just remain in poster/postcard form for me T_T

Been hearing about this film quite a bit recently. Bong’s one of my favourite korean directors, so I’m eager to watch this too.

Great movie. Merde was my favorite segment of the three. I heard the DVD is coming out June 30th

Weird seeing this here. I actually watched this when it was released at the Cannes film festival in 2008. I was pretty inspired by it as an aspiring filmmaker, but what’s creepy is at the time I had no idea I would be living in Japan (I currently live in Tokyo). I’m curious to rewatch it and see all the landmarks I can pick out.
