Mmm…. Dango.

Three individually flavored balls of sweetness.

There was a Dango 3 Kyoudai (The 3 brothers Dango) song made popular years ago in Japan. Thanks to the wonders of youtube, you can enjoy it over and over again today!

You know. I just noticed that even the eraser set has the dango in order, pink, white, green. It just occured to me that all dango with these flavors all over Japan are ordered the exact same way… I wonder how that got started…

    Dango sankyodai actually ticked off a lot of dango makers, because a normal dango has four balls on it, and a lot of kids complained because they weren’t “real” dango.

    Hahah, that’s hilarious! Now that you mention it I do remember seeing a lot of four dango in the past. Funny funny.

    Even funnier is that a spoof of Dango 3 kyoudai was released called dango 4 kyoudai!

    No, I’m talking about the brilliant, ultra-cute song by Utada Hikaru.

    They were both NHK Children’s songs that went big.

    Dango -> Dango 3kyodai -> Boku ha Kuma -> ??? -> Profit

    If you’re ever gonna have kids, you’d better build up your tolernce for songs like that!
