He still has an accent, though I agree that the words are correct from all I can tell. I kept justifying that he was transfered from another asian country to his job...until I found out about his family. At least his sister has a more obvious Japanese accent.

Could have done a bit better in making those scenes look like they were really in Japan, though (perhaps I only notice because I live in said country).

After all that stuff said, I totally kept watching the show for Hiro's storyline. The fact that he kept speaking only Japanese when he was around his friend was so nice, 'cause it's not like I only speak in Japanese to my other English-speaking friends just because I'm in Japan. It was a nice little bit of "real" that shows and movies like to ignore.

OK the only japanese person to make an appearance on the show was george takei. The guy who plays hero sounds like the boy from indy jones. Why couldnt they hire real japanese people?? the show is awesome but listening to them speak japanese is painful.

Hi Harvey. I am watching Heroes now and it is great. I would be going through the episodes quicker but I can't watch them before going to bed because I get too pumped up to sleep.
