Gloomy Bear Skateboard

Gloomy Bear is one of my favorite image characters from Japan.

He is a cute pink robot bear with long claws, who can often be seen mauling his owner.

Check the official Gloomy Bear website to see what I mean.

In Japan there are many more Gloomy Products, everything from cell phone straps, to giant stuffed animals. The stuffed animals even have plastic nails with blood painted on them. You can actually get a Gloomy Bear Skateboard over at J-List. You may be able to buy some Gloomy products in the US now, has anyone noticed them?

The Chax Colony store is in Osaka, near Shinsaibashi station around the Ame-Mura area. If you’re in town see if you can find the shop. Lots of goodies to be had!

Maybe I’m strange, but I get a kick out of this guy.

    LOL Gloomy is great. We got some of the little Gloomy collectible toys cuz they are so darkly funny.

    The animated gifs are great too, especially the one with gloomy kneeing his owner in the face.

    For some dark reason, this one really helps me at work some days :)

    Gloomy is so awesome! Hot Topic had some Gloomy stuff… not sure if they still do… but I know I saw some stuff on hottopic.com a while back…
