I think it's made basically the same way as the 551 nikuman bread.

		<description>well it's made out of flour or something (i don't remember), but instead of baking it like western bread, it's steamed.  so you don't have the golden brown look of baked-ness.</description>

		<description>it's called "gua bao" -- bao zi is a bit different.  my grandma actually makes really good gua bao (which is really just the bready part of it), and we always end up stuffing random things into it and eating it hehehe =P

although... i'm not sure i'd go so far as to call it the "chinese burger"?</description>
