Manly Tofu Goods

January 9, 2007 on 2:14 pm | In Food, Humor | | Email This Post

Remember the Manly Tofu I introduced a while back?

Now that you’ve eaten the Tofu, you can collect the goods!

Right now on the streets of Japan you can get ever popular Tofu goods out of GachaGacha machines.

THE SYMBOL OF JAPAN

I have actually forgotten how to say “gachagacha machine” in English…

Someone help me out.

    Ain’t it Gachapon?
For the english word, toy vending machine seems to be the most accurate.

Apparently in Kansai gacyapon are called gachagacha!

Yeah, that sounds like a good term. Stuffing toys in gumball vending machines rocks.

Seems like when I was a kid we called them “coin machines”, which is weird.
