Quickie: Japanese Comedy

Here is a quickie Japanese comedy skit a friend showed me on YouTube.
The skit starts at about 1:17 into the video. The setting is, some old lady has just showed up after shopping for groceries in time to discover that her car is about to be towed.
It’s funny because the old lady speaks in Kansai-ben (everything is funnier in Kansai dialect), and she is desperately pleading with the officer not to tow her car. She offers him beer, some super market coupons, a green onion, and even threatens to sue the cop.
ありえへん! 認めへん!
After the main video there are also a few funny comic skits that you won’t need Japanese to understand, give it a look!
Remember to study up on your Kansai-ben before watching! The key is that the negative verb ending ない becomes へん。
On a technical note, I tried to embed a YouTube video into a post once, and my provider froze the site because as people viewed it from my site it was using too much bandwidth. Anyone know anything about this, or how I could embed videos without making my provider mad?
