World Cup! Again!

Well the World Cup is upon us again! Were I back home in the US, to be honest I probably would hardly notice, but in Japan, like most of the world… Soccer is a big thing.
Four years ago I was in Tokyo during the games, and was lucky enough to be out and about in Shinjuku right after Japan defeated Tunisia. To put it simply, Japanese soccer fans are cool! I had never seen such a drunken crazed and reckless yet completely safe and non-destructive mob in my life.

I’m not sure if I’ll be able to catch any games this year… Monday night from about 9:30 to midnight Japan vs Australia [edit] is on.. But if I go out to catch the game the trains will be stopped when it’s over! Dreams of hundred dollar taxi’s…
Anyone in Japan going to be out at sports bars and what not to catch any matches?
