Genghis Khan is good eating, but the ghengis khan caramels are foul. In Sapporo, the old Sapporo beer factory has big dining feasts in warm weather. The grills' domes used to (10+ years ago) have an embossed Hokkaido map on them. I went once or twice and always had fun, though with so many people absolutely smashed drunk, with tie-on paper bibs soaked with grease, poking away with wooden chopsticks at meat grilling over flames, I always expected a thrilling but tragic event. Never happened, though.
