Perfect Packing.

Well… Tuesday is the day I’ve been waiting for since my high school Japanese classes. Going to Japan! To work! For a long… long… time. Tasty.

Consequently, this is also going to be one of the last times I’m in Iowa. My family is going to move to the east coast next month…

I’m just about ready to leave. My packing is almost complete. Well, my suitcases are about full anyway… For all of you planning to go to Japan soon, here is the perfect packing solution…

14 - t-shirts, boxers, and pairs of socks.

Work clothes.

Gifts.

And other crap.

The other crap will probably fill up about 1.5 suitcases.

Seriously though. The amount of crap I have packed is really getting out of hand. For all of you about to go to Japan to study, or live, or whatever. Pack your stuff early. Then go through it again and unpack it. Throw out all the crap you really don’t need… and pack it again.

Seriously.

I hope I get to sit by some interesting people on the plane…
